Since I was a young girl, I knew I wanted to be something that embraced my creative interests and used my emerging skills as an artist. As I went through school I found myself drawn to interior design and decorating. I quickly realized this would be a great way for me to combine all my talents and interests into one vocation. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, the drive and confidence to find my own career path has always been supported. Once I obtained my College degree, I put myself on track to establish my own business in interior decorating. I knew this would not happen right away, I would have to work hard for it but I remained focused. Thanks to the skills and experiences I have gained working for various design firms my dreams are on route. I figured out early on that these traits are something that is born within you. I have my parents to thank for teaching me to rely on my instincts and for supporting me to build on my passion and turn this into a career.
